Montgomery – John (Johnnie), Called Home on the 1st of June 2026, peacefully, at Manor View Care Home, Bangor, his loving family by his side, formerly of Main Road, Portavogie. Beloved husband of Edna, deeply loved father of Bruce, Jacqueline and Philippa, highly respected father-in-law, adored granda and proud great-granda. Following a private family burial, a Service of Thanksgiving for Johnnie’s life will be held at 1.00 pm on Friday 5th June 2026 in Adair Funeral Home, 78 Main Street, Ballywalter BT22 2PJ. Family home strictly private. No flowers please by request. Donations in memory of Johnnie, if desired, may be made payable to Dementia N.I directly below. Anyone wishing to pay their respects to Johnnie are warmly invited to join the family at Adair Funeral Home between 7.00 pm & 9.00 pm on Thursday 4th June 2026.
